Partnership Manager
Data Science UA is a service company with strong data science and AI expertise. Our journey began in 2016 with the organization of the first Data Science UA conference, setting the foundation for our growth. Over the past 8 years, we have diligently fostered the largest Data Science Community in Eastern Europe, boasting a network of over 30,000 AI top engineers.
About the role:
We are currently looking for a talented and ambitious Partnership Manager who will be responsible for identifying and engaging new partners to create sales channels.
Requirements:
– 1+ years of experience in a similar role;
– Previous sales expertise;
– Advanced English is a must;
– Understanding of the IT market, trends, and knowledge of key players in the market;
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
– Excellent communication skills, followed by super high diplomacy and a good vibe.
Soft skills:
– Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain effective communication with partners;
– Strong goal orientation and a focus on achieving measurable results;
– Creativity in generating new ideas for joint promotional activities with partners, along with a willingness to experiment;
– A proactive approach to work, with the ability to adapt quickly to new conditions and market demands
– Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
As a plus:
– Previous experience in IT service companies;
– Experience using product management tools and software will be a plus;
– Deep interest and awareness of AI/ML trends.
Responsibilities:
– Actively searching for and attracting partners who can become new sales channels;
– Generating ideas for joint promotional activities with partners;
– Building relationships: collaborate with partners, clients and vendors from scratch;
– Day-to-day communication with existing partners to keep our cooperation productive and satisfying, driving the growth of orders;
– Identify and manage potential risks that could impact the project’s success;
– Building and increasing brand awareness among both new and existing partners;
– Additional scope related to attracting grants and other fundraising opportunities.
