About the role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join the growing team.
It will be a hybrid work schedule, 2-3 days a week required to work from the office (Wrocław/Gdańsk/Kraków).
Requirements:
– 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
– Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
– Good knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP) and/or LLMs.
– Proficiency in the software development in one or more programming languages (including Python).
– Minimal expertise in data analysis, data cleaning, LLM prompting and model development.
– Experience with database languages like SQL and commonly used Python libraries like Pandas and TensorFlow.
– Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand proposed use cases and translate them into actionable tasks for machine learning projects.
– Analyze and prepare data for modeling, including identifying proofs of concept (PoCs).
– Design and implement machine learning models, iteratively refining them to meet customer satisfaction.
– Build automated data pipelines to ingest and process structured and unstructured data from various sources.
– Document both the implemented machine learning models and data pipelines for clarity and future reference.
