The role covers managing a security team of about 40 employees, protecting the company’s financial and physical assets, clients and employees, preventing fraud and internal misconduct, managing risks, and investigating incidents

This is a position for someone who creates the function rather than manages an existing one: the structure, segmentation, work standards, motivation system, and team all need to be defined and built independently.
