The client’s company is for staff-intensive organizations coordinating lots of projects, documents, and details.

About role:
They’re looking for an IT Business Analyst, as well, to lead these efforts for their AI Projects.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in an Agile working environment.
• Experience with projects in Artificial Intelligence, robotic automations, intelligent virtual assistants etc. would be a big plus.
• Critical reasoning skills.
• High proficiency, clear communication.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and specifications to acquire a complete and unambiguous understanding of the stated and implied needs. Conduct brainstorming sessions with the required stakeholders, as needed, to achieve this goal.
• Define and groom stories that define unit work for the team. Stories should have a clearly defined acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
• Organize stories by sequencing them according to defined priorities and dependencies.
• Act as the functional knowledge center for queries from the team members – developers or QA.
• Verify and validate that implemented stories meet the definition of done and sign-off on them.
• Ensure all changes are tracked accurately and communicated to the team unambiguously, clearly outlining what has been deprecated, added or modified as a result of the change. Ensure stories are suitably adjusted, or additional stories created to reflect the change.
