About the client and role:
We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our client’s team. They are a progressive technology company focused on helping businesses reinvent themselves, adapt, and grow in the age of AI. They build and scale digital and AI solutions that help companies stay competitive in rapidly changing markets.
AI is a core requirement for this role. You should know how to apply AI, automation, and workflow orchestration to solve business problems, improve marketing performance, and create measurable impact. We are looking for practical implementation experience, not tool experimentation.
Responsibilities:
– Developing and executing demand generation programs across multiple channels
– Supporting company positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives
– Conducting market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities, trends, and growth areas
– Working closely with the Solutions team to identify promising verticals, refine offerings, and improve product-market fit
– Building and managing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
– Driving account-based marketing initiatives
– Supporting website development, conversion optimization, and digital growth initiatives
– Creating and promoting thought leadership content, customer stories, webinars, podcasts, interviews, and other market-facing initiatives
– Planning and coordinating conferences, roundtables, roadshows, webinars, partner activities, and industry events
– Building relationships with partners, industry communities, media contacts, and external marketing vendors
– Supporting sales teams with campaigns, content, sales enablement materials, and market insights
– Using CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting to track performance and improve results
– Identifying opportunities to improve marketing performance through AI, automation, and data-driven decision making
– Managing campaign performance, reporting, and marketing effectiveness
Requirements:
– 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, or revenue marketing
– Experience in technology services, software development, SaaS, AI, consulting, or related industries
– Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, content marketing, events, partnerships, and sales enablement
– Experience working closely with sales and commercial teams
– Ability to work with different markets, cultures, industries, verticals, buyer personas, and company sizes
– Strong project management and execution skills
– Analytical and systems-thinking mindset
– Comfortable working with CRM, marketing automation, reporting, funnel metrics, and pipeline data
– Ability to communicate clearly with leadership, sales, solutions, clients, partners, and external vendors
– Excellent written and verbal English
Nice-To-Have:
– Experience in a company going through transformation or repositioning
– Experience with website relaunch, solution packaging, or new go-to-market initiatives
– Background in marketing, business, economics, mathematics, engineering, analytics, or a related field
– Master’s degree is preferred
