About the client and role:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of the most strategic lever in clients growth engine — demand generation and brand positioning.
In this role, you won’t simply run campaigns or create content. You will architect a scalable marketing system that consistently attracts high-intent prospects, strengthens our presence in the AI-driven consultancy space, and powers our revenue pipeline.
We value high-impact execution, clear business outcomes, and independent ownership rather than marketing activity for its own sake.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing within IT outsourcing or consultancy, with a strong focus on demand generation for international markets (US, UK, EU, MENA).
– Hands-on experience building and scaling B2B demand generation across channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, and email nurture funnels.
– Strong command of marketing analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Search Console, CRM-based reporting).
– Ability to think beyond traffic and engagement, and build inbound marketing as a revenue-aligned pipeline function.
– Highly analytical mindset with comfort in experimentation, funnel optimization, and conversion improvements.
– Strong writing and positioning skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear, persuasive way.
– Early adopter of AI productivity tools for research, content drafting, automation, and campaign optimization.
– Experience orchestrating and managing external contractors (designers, developers, content specialists), ensuring efficient execution and alignment with marketing goals.
– Ownership of the company website, including ongoing updates and potential redesigns, with a strong understanding of brand positioning and how it is expressed across digital touchpoints.
– Advanced English is a must.
Nice to have:
– Prior experience marketing specialized AI, data, or ML-focused services.
– Experience working closely with SDR/Sales teams in an outsourcing lead generation model.
– Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and long-cycle deal dynamics.
– Experience planning, organizing, and hosting podcasts and/or webinars as part of a B2B thought leadership or demand generation strategy.
Responsibilities:
– Own and scale the full B2B marketing funnel, from awareness to qualified lead generation for high-ticket software development and AI consultancy services.
– Build and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies across LinkedIn, SEO, content marketing, paid acquisition, and email nurture.
– Collaborate closely with our Sales and Delivery leadership to translate technical expertise into compelling, market-facing narratives that resonate with decision-makers.
– Develop a structured content and distribution strategy that positions company as a trusted partner in FinTech, EdTech, and AI-enabled transformation.
– Act as the primary feedback loop between marketing performance and business goals — continuously refining messaging, targeting, and channel efficiency based on live market data.
– Maintain full ownership of marketing analytics, ensuring all initiatives are measurable, optimized, and tied to pipeline contribution.
– Identify new growth opportunities through competitor research, emerging trends, and experimentation with AI-powered marketing workflows.
