We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager for a consulting company delivering hardware and software solutions for defense projects.

The Technical Delivery Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary systems — from prototype to field deployment — ensuring that engineering work translates into working, on-time, on-budget solutions for the client.

This role is ideal for a technically fluent delivery leader who can coordinate hardware, embedded, software, and AI/DSP teams, manage delivery risk, and keep both the client and internal stakeholders aligned throughout the product lifecycle.

In defence technology, missed commitments and unmanaged risk are costly. This role is about disciplined execution, cross-team coordination, and making sure that what gets built actually reaches the field on schedule — not just about tracking tasks on a board.

— Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from planning through field deployment.
— Coordinate cross-functional teams — hardware, embedded, software, and AI/DSP — to keep delivery aligned with the agreed architecture and timeline.
— Build and maintain delivery plans, schedules, and resource allocation across concurrent workstreams.
— Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact deadlines.
— Act as the primary point of contact for the client on delivery status, timelines, and scope changes.
— Run delivery governance: status reporting, milestone reviews, and escalation management.
— Manage the transition from prototype to working product, coordinating field testing and feedback loops with engineering teams.
— Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, tooling, and reporting standards.
— Partner with technical leadership to translate architectural decisions into realistic delivery commitments.

— Solid background in the IT/Tech industry with a strong understanding of product development life cycles.
— 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, program, or project management roles involving hardware, embedded, or complex software systems.
— Proven experience delivering projects that combine hardware, embedded, and software components.
— Strong organizational and cross-team coordination skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
— Understanding of field constraints: latency, reliability, maintainability, and real-world operational conditions.
— Track record of taking products from prototype → MVP → deployment/production on schedule.
— Experience in client-facing delivery roles, including status reporting and expectation management.
— Comfortable working with technical leadership on scope, risk, and trade-off decisions.
— English: Advanced.

— Experience delivering in one or more areas: UAV / RF / EW / radar / sensing / avionics / robotics.
— Experience working with defense, miltech, or telecom hardware companies.
— Familiarity with serial production or scaling delivery for complex systems.
— Experience setting up delivery processes or a PMO function from scratch.
— Background working alongside or supporting operational military units.
