About the client:
Our client is building an automated Executive Assistant (EA). The company creates a deeper understanding of users by building their digital personas through tools like Email, IM, Calendar, and others. The goal is to create a hyper-personalized contextual knowledge base, enabling closed-loop agents to automate tasks such as scheduling and meeting preparation.

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join the team.

Requirements:
– At least 3 years of experience with the Python stack, using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Django, or others.
– Strong understanding of writing integration endpoints to connect with different tools.
– Ability to write and test high-quality code, and build abstractions, and frameworks.
– Familiarity with integrating tools into agentic frameworks such as LangGraph/CrewAi and other Agentic orchestration tools and API integration into agents familiarity.
– Emphasis on unit testing and integration testing.
– Familiarity with deployment processes, interpretability, observability, and production stack monitoring.

Responsibilities:
– Curiosity: A general curiosity and hunger to learn new tools, especially in the evolving GenAI space.
– Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO and tech lead to design better architectures and write integration code.
