Recruitment Lead

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong IT recruitment background who knows industry trends and will enjoy building recruitment processes and developing the team’s capabilities. You will foster a data-driven culture in recruitment, leveraging analytics to enhance decision-making, optimize processes, and ensure we consistently bring in top talent that fuels our growth and innovation.

Requirements:
– Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment, including expertise in IT service companies
– 1+ years experience in building and successfully managing a recruiting team;
– Strong understanding of IT recruitment best practices;
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates;
– Experience working with recruitment analytics – we appreciate the data-driven approach to team management;
– Proven track record of implementing recruiting process improvements;
– Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Will be a plus:
– Experience in close collaboration with the Business development team on pre-sale activities

Responsibilities:
– Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets;
– Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, etc.) to identify and attract top-tier talent;
– Help to conduct full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers);
– Identify gaps and opportunities in the current recruitment process and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance candidate experience;
– Take part in pre-sale/upselling activities;
– Leverage recruitment analytics to track the performance of hiring strategies, ensuring data-driven decisions that improve recruitment efficiency and quality;
– Establish KPIs for the recruitment team, including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates;
– Contribute to market expansion initiatives and identify new talent pools;
– Work closely with current clients, C-level, BD team, HR team, PR team;
– Contribute to the employer branding strategy;
– Monitor industry trends in compensation, benefits, and hiring practices to ensure competitiveness in talent acquisition.
