About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making and optimize business performance. If you have a passion for data-driven insights and operational excellence, this position is for you.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years in finance, FP&A, or data analysis, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query, Looker, SQL.
  • Strong verbal and written skills to present financial data clearly.
  • Ability to connect financial performance with business strategy.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on identifying improvements.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver weekly (WBR) and monthly (MBR) financial performance reports and dashboards for local operations.
  • Analyze financial data to uncover insights, identify trends, and propose growth opportunities.
  • Monitor revenue and expense alignment with budgets, analyze variances, and suggest improvements.
  • Lead the preparation of annual business plans, monthly re-forecasts, and best estimates.
  • Reconcile financial and management reports with accounting and operational data to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HQ FP&A and local/global departments to address financial inquiries and provide strategic support.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting.
  • Manage and develop the FP&A team, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
