About the role:
We are looking for a Partner Operations Supervisor, who will join the team.

Required skills:
– Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
– High level of ownership: independent and not afraid to take responsibility.
– Data-driven mindset.
– Problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets or Excel.
– Experience of working with databases, such as SQL.
– Experience of working with the project management tools, such as Jira or Confluence.
– Professional English as well as local language.

Would be a plus:
– Experience with Looker.

Responsibilities:
– Provide analytical support regarding Partner Operations metrics to the country Partner Operation Manager.
– Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve partner’s performance/decrease preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time and bad rating in the country.
– Bring important insights from the local operations (partners, customers) and cooperate with relevant stakeholder to drive important changes which can make operations more efficient.
– Collect mandatory information to analyze Partner issues.
– Develop and oversee relationships with partners, performing alongside Account Managers to ensure top level service provided to partners.
– Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved.
– Proactive Issue Management: Stay vigilant and proactive in identifying any potential delays or issues that might arise. Timely alert the Partner Operations Team and collaborate on swift solutions to uphold the efficiency of the partnerships.
