About the client:

Our client specializes in inventory optimization for industrial and manufacturing companies, helping them streamline inventory and optimize working capital. Their browser-based platform, hosted on Azure, is designed to manage and refine inventory processes, enabling companies to buy only what they need and proactively manage stock.

About role:

We’re looking for a strong software-first AI Engineer to own and evolve the “brain” behind their multi-agent, real-time AI assistant for clinicians.

Requirements:

– 5+ years in ML or backend engineering in product environments.
– Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, asyncio, pydantic, and production-level code quality.
– Real-time systems: low-latency text & voice (WebRTC, SIP, LiveKit, STT/TTS).
– Multi-agent orchestration: planner–executor–critic patterns, coordination & shared memory.
– LLM reasoning: transformers, ReAct / CoT; pragmatic with ToT / GoT tradeoffs.
– RAG engineering: retrieval, hybrid search, re-ranking, caching, evaluation metrics.
– Evaluation-driven mindset: measure faithfulness, hallucination, latency, safety; OpenTelemetry & observability.
– Prompt optimization: DSPy, MiPRO, GEPA (or similar).
– Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, GCP.

Nice to have:

– Healthcare domain familiarity or evaluation tooling experience
