About the role:
We are looking for a Vice President of Sales for our client to lead global sales strategy and execution. This role is designed for a results-oriented sales executive with strong leadership capabilities, domain knowledge in fintech or private markets, and a track record of building scalable commercial operations.
Requirements:
– Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within high-growth environments such as fintech, investment platforms, venture capital, or SaaS.
– Proven track record of building and scaling revenue organizations in international markets.
– Strong understanding of investor dynamics, private markets, or alternative investments is highly preferred.
– Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, or institutional investors.
– Demonstrated success managing complex, trust-driven sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
– Expertise in CRM tools, pipeline analytics, and building data-informed sales teams.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
– Fluent level of English.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
– Develop and execute the company’s global sales strategy, aligning revenue goals with international expansion objectives.
– Drive investor acquisition and retention by optimizing the end-to-end sales funnel, increasing deal volume and average investment size.
– Own and manage revenue performance, reporting directly to the executive leadership team and contributing to long-term strategic planning.
International Market Expansion:
– Spearhead go-to-market execution in key regions including Europe, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East.
– Define entry strategies, establish regional sales operations, and recruit local sales leaders and business developers.
– Build scalable, region-specific sales models that support aggressive growth targets.
Institutional Sales & Partnership Development:
– Cultivate and grow partnerships with venture capital firms, accelerators, private banks, wealth managers, and family offices.
– Establish co-branded programs and strategic sales collaborations to drive investor inflows and enhance platform visibility.
– Expand the platform’s institutional credibility in both developed and emerging capital markets.
Sales Infrastructure & Process Optimization:
– Implement and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure forecasting accuracy, visibility, and operational discipline.
– Design scalable sales processes, automated workflows, and standardized playbooks to reduce acquisition costs and improve conversion.
– Lead continuous improvements through data-driven analysis of the sales funnel and team performance metrics.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
– Build and manage a high-performing sales organization, including account executives, regional leads, and sales development representatives.
– Define KPIs, establish quota systems, and create an environment of accountability and performance excellence.
– Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development support to drive team growth and retention.
External Representation:
– Serve as a key spokesperson at industry events, investor conferences, and executive forums to enhance the company’s commercial positioning.
– Build trust and visibility in the investment community by representing the firm with professionalism and credibility.
