What is the Data Science UA community?
A small team of data scientists with a big idea – that’s how our journey began in 2016, and that’s the mindset still driving us today. Since then we’ve grown into a true home base for AI builders, dreamers, and doers. We’ve worked on hundreds of AI projects, teamed up with brilliant minds, and watched the community around us grow beyond anything we imagined.

Our history
2016
Organized and hosted the first technical Data Science conference in Kyiv.
2017
Introduced the first AI-oriented Recruitment agency in Ukraine.
2018
Presented first in Ukraine specialized AI Consulting services for companies across industries.
2019
Pioneered the Data Science technical courses in Ukraine.
2020
Entered the online era, launching regular AI meetups with leading technical experts.
2022
Scaled operations globally (USA, Europe, MENA), and opened our first R&D centers around the world.
2023
Our Data Science & AI community scaled internationally, uniting AI experts worldwide.
2025
Data Science UA is expanding operations to more and more regions and fields and bringing back offline meetups!
