About the role:

We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing for our client to lead global marketing strategy, drive performance-driven growth, and elevate the brand. This role is ideal for a marketing executive with a strong background in data-driven growth, conversion funnels, and scalable go-to-market strategies in the fintech or capital markets sector.

Requirements:

– Minimum 10 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance roles within high-growth environments such as fintech, investment platforms, or B2B SaaS.
– Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns focused on lead generation and investor conversion.
– Strong understanding of capital markets, fintech users, or private investor audiences.
– Proven experience building marketing functions from the ground up, including team leadership and full-funnel architecture.
– Deep expertise in marketing analytics, A/B testing, automation, CRM integration, and campaign management.
– Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
– Proficient in English.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

– Develop and lead the global marketing strategy to drive investor acquisition, engagement, and conversion across digital and offline channels.
– Translate growth goals into actionable marketing plans, aligned with international expansion and commercial objectives.
– Own and report on full-funnel performance, working closely with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and long-term brand strategy.

Performance & Conversion Optimization:

– Manage the full digital marketing stack (SEO, paid media, email, retargeting, marketing automation) with a strong focus on ROI and conversion metrics.
– Continuously improve user journeys, landing pages, campaign flows, and calls to action to drive measurable uplift in lead quality and deal conversion.
– Run A/B testing programs, cohort tracking, and funnel diagnostics to identify bottlenecks and maximize cost-efficient acquisition.

Global Brand & Market Expansion:

– Shape and localize the company’s brand, messaging, and value proposition across regions including Europe, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East.
– Partner with regional leaders to design go-to-market campaigns tailored to investor behaviors, language, and regulatory nuances.
– Oversee the production of thought leadership content, events, and digital storytelling to support credibility in global markets.

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth:
– Develop co-marketing and growth programs with venture capital firms, wealth managers, family offices, and startup accelerators.
– Launch partnership-led campaigns that deliver warm leads, referral flow, and market penetration.

Marketing Infrastructure & Analytics:

– Own the marketing technology stack, including CRM integrations (HubSpot), attribution models, and performance dashboards.
– Build scalable workflows for lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation to optimize investor conversion over the entire lifecycle.
– Create internal analytics systems to monitor CAC, LTV, MQL-to-investor rates, and campaign payback periods.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

– Build and lead a high-performing team of digital marketers, content creators, growth analysts, and regional marketing managers.
– Establish KPIs and performance standards across campaigns, content, events, and growth initiatives.
– Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align messaging, feedback loops, and product-market fit.

External Representation:

– Act as a public-facing brand champion at global events, conferences, and investor gatherings.
– Represent the company in media and industry discussions to elevate visibility and investor trust.
