The company has 1000 employees across 20 offices who are focused on accelerating digital transformation.

About the role:

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to create user-centered designs for AI and data-driven applications. The designer will work on wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that enhance usability and visual appeal.

Required skills:

– 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
– Proficiency in Figma, including wireframing and prototyping.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
– Experience designing responsive and adaptive layouts.
– Familiarity with AI-driven UI trends and accessibility standards.
– Excellent attention to detail and user empathy.
– Strong collaboration and communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

– Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma.
– Develop user flows and apply UCD principles.
– Ensure consistency and responsiveness across devices.
– Collaborate with developers to implement design systems.
– Analyse user feedback, conducts usability testing, create prototypes, and perform competitor analysis.
– Assist in designing and implementing interfaces, converts specifications into functional interfaces, and participates in testing and debugging.
