About the role:
We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead to strengthen our team. You would be a part of the marketing & business development team and help us to jump to the next level of our transformation. You will be responsible for developing and executing our inbound marketing strategy to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. It won’t be easy, but definitely very dynamic and interesting.

We are looking for you if:
– You are a data-driven agile marketer — you understand the customer journey and know how to use organic, inbound marketing techniques to generate qualified B2B marketing and sales leads.
– You are a self-motivated and adept problem-solver — proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in inbound marketing in IT service companies;
– Strong writing skills including the ability to distill complex ideas concisely and clearly for a B2B audiences;
– Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and SEO; ability to choose the right ones;
– Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads (will be a plus), Semrush/Ahrefs, and CRM systems;
– Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
– Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze data, prepare and interpret reports and communicate actionable results, findings and recommendations;
– Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
– Upper-intermediate level of English and higher;
– Ability to be adaptive to changing company needs with superior problem-solving skills.

Will be a plus:
– Experience as a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a company’s inbound marketing strategy that drives traffic and generates leads;
– Conducting market research, competitive research, customer research and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
– Support & Growth of corporate website;
– PR/SMM team supervision;
– Build, manage and execute the content marketing plan that involves insight-driven blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, ebooks, lead magnets, case studies, presentations, and so on;
– Test marketing materials in various user engagement channels and analyze performance indicators;
– Analyze and report on the performance and the efficiency of PR activities (campaigns, events, social media, articles etc.);
– Work closely with external contractors, planning the scope of work according to the KPI and monitoring their performance.
