Information

What is information?

Information is a set of meaningful insights extracted from data. It is organized, structured, and presented in a given context.

In machine learning, information is the output of a model. It shows how the computer has understood the data and what valuable insights it might bring. For example, if stock prices are given to the model as raw data, information could include its various trends. For the tv viewing data, information might be, for example, different clusters of watchers, their preferences.

Why is it important?

The information allows you to see any hidden patterns or insights in your data. It can be used to optimize your processes, make better decisions, and build better strategies.
